Last night we served BBQ and slaw with the imitation of an ice cream cone, we started out with a tortilla shaped as the cone and filled with BBQ pork, Cole slaw and finished with <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">heirloom</span> tomato and cherry BBQ sauce. Big <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">ups</span> to Chef Matt. It was delicious! We then served a shooter to accompaniment the BBQ, the shooter consisted of watermelon with <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">lavender</span> and blueberry....this was quite refreshing.
