Taste of Kentucky


Last night was a great night to get out of the kitchen and see Louisville a little bit, meet a few Chef's and I also had the opportunity to try some of their food as well. Last night we served BBQ and slaw with the imitation of an ice cream cone, we started out with a tortilla shaped as the cone and filled with BBQ pork, Cole slaw and finished with heirloom tomato and cherry BBQ sauce. Big ups to Chef Matt. It was delicious! We then served a shooter to accompaniment the BBQ, the shooter consisted of watermelon with lavender and blueberry....this was quite refreshing. We were very thankful to be part of this event.
